After more than 30 years running her namesake pub in McLean, Lori McKeever has dismantled her bar and moved it to the farm.  She now enjoys tending to her garden and vineyards, sharing the food and wine that she is growing.

After a 15 year stint in the telecommunications field, Jeff Judge had been the head cook and bartender at the pub for over 25 years.  Earning his French culinary degree & the prestigious Presidents Award from L’Academie de Cuisine, he is designing his menus to elevate the local cuisine.

From filet mignon to wood-fired pizza to panna cotta, the restaurant is a collective of amazing people working to create a flavorful expression. The challenges and excitement of working at the farm are myriad, constantly striving to coax the most flavor from the incredible products of true artisanal growers.
